Really made a difference
Working with Lyss homes through Shakir really made a difference last year when I had to put my flat for rent with short notice. He not only found the revenue at top of my expectations but also helped with the management of the repairs, even taking over managing a bad situation with a third party for repairs. I think the difference is that he actually knows what he is doing and listens and he actually asks relevant questions too so he can give real advice.- met up with 4 other agencies and they all sent me these men straight out of uni in overpriced suits who were literally giving me the worst options and pretended like it was a the best deal- they were sales men and nothing else. Which makes sense, big names with franchises all over focus more on mass all size fits all packages and focus on their bottom line using agressive sales tactics. If I had not compared with others I would have lost a lot of my income while having to do a lot more work. Its been 6 months so far and I could not been more pleased with Lyss homes, could not recommend them more.
